Try to postpone your tour as the condition is spreading in most of the South East Asia and this might not be a good time for you. Just to be on a safer side. We are just back from Vietnam amid the virus scare (Feb 2020). Tourism has thinned due to the virus outbreak. We fortunately returned in nick of time. We had taken lot of precautions- Wore masks, washed hands frequently, carried hand sanitizer, avoided touching elevator/staircase support or door knobs, wore hand gloves, avoided non veg food. Only after we returned, the cases seem to be on a rise, though Vietnam claims that infected people have been cured. So its a big gamble if you are going now. Hopefully it should be under control by April. Fingers crossed.
