Located a little south of Aswem beach, it serves as a nesting habitat for Olive Ridley Turtles. This earns Morjim Beach another moniker, namely the Turtle Beach. The 3km long beach is ideal for a long walk and relishing the sunset view. *Tourists mostly visit Morjim Beach to spend a lazy afternoon at the beach shacks and sunbeds.Morjim Beach is also locally known as 'Little Russia' as a significant number of Russians visit the area and make it a point to stay here for more than a month. *Since there's huge amount of tourists at morzim area ,the place will be great for your startup /job.and you too will have amazing views everyday to refresh your mind and body .

Yes, Siolim is good option to stay, you can also look in Bardez. But there might cost you heavy on pocket.
If you are looking economic month wise, try Parcem or Mandrem. If you have a vehicle it would get you through, not sure about the bus route.

Goa is pretty safe. You can travel by bus or by private car / scooty / bike. You can look for accommodation in Morjim itself or Siolim which is about 15 mins away from Morjim.
