Hongkong will be fun for kid.
Disney land has small rides, Moreover the whole ambience of Disney land with all cartoon characters will be enjoyable to kid. visit to ocean park will also be fun to her seeing all different types of wishes and under water creatures in giant aquarium.
We visited HK when my daughter was 3 and she was very exited about the trip.
Only thing is the trip can become little tiring for u because she will not walk all the time in Disney and u will have to carry her most of the times. Also since she will not be allowed in adult rides you will have to experience the ride one by one. Or else select any clean beach location. Beaches are also enjoyed by kids.

Hello ashwini, greeting from smilesformiles, i would suggest, phuket and pattaya if you have not been there and have a tight budget, also incase you are willing to spend more than 55k pp then singapore, dubai , hongkong are great.

IMHO, Bangkok would be a better option than Pattaya as it has so much to offer.
You should come to Singapore. It's extremely kid friendly. you can also rent strollers from here so you don't have to carry extra luggage. Plus, we have universal studios that she's gonna love. Alternatively, you can do Hong Kong, but given the political conditions, I'd suggest otherwise.

Thailand would be the cheapest. There are attractions everywhere for the kids. After that there is UAE, Hong Kong and Singapore but they may get a bit expensive. Singapore being the most expensive. Do reach out if you need any more help.
