Hongkong will be fun for kid.
Disney land has small rides, Moreover the whole ambience of Disney land with all cartoon characters will be enjoyable to kid. visit to ocean park will also be fun to her seeing all different types of wishes and under water creatures in giant aquarium.
We visited HK when my daughter was 3 and she was very exited about the trip.
Only thing is the trip can become little tiring for u because she will not walk all the time in Disney and u will have to carry her most of the times. Also since she will not be allowed in adult rides you will have to experience the ride one by one. Or else select any clean beach location. Beaches are also enjoyed by kids.
