Rathee than Agra I would suggest either visit mathura, Vrindavan ir Haridwar, Rishikesh and Delhi..Agra is not that much safe as solo for female also.in Agara you will get less option to explorer..as you are solo travel kee then you have option to explorer..Agra you will get Taj and few Makbaras only however Mathura, Vrindavan or Haridwar Rishikesh are near by..so these places have liya of temple and other site sering places..if you will go Haridwar, Rishikesh..Then you can cover all places like , Haridwar Rishikesh, Neelkanth , few off beat location and caves in Rishikesh...same thing in Mathura and vrindavan liya of temple, Parikrama...etc
