Usually it takes only 1-2 day for the trek to billing from bir, but you can delay it on your own convenience and then do the paragliding from the top.

Hi Vishal In Bir Billing there are very small treks. You can go for Parashar Lake trek then come back to Bir for paragliding.

There is Lake Parashar trek..it's just a day trek but totally worth it..and paragliding is available at Bir

I don't know about the trekking but you can experience the mountain biking for sure. Here are some routes and information Explore Mountain biking from paragliding landing zone to Palpung Sherabling monastery – 12 km and 4 hrs session – Goes Easy to moderate. Also Mountain Biking from Paragliding landing area from Bhattu road – Bir – Mahatama kuttita – Chougan Chowk towards Lading space: 8 km full trip and 2-3 hrs –Goes Easy to moderate.

Hi Vishal, There is no such long trek on bir , you can do the paragliding. So if you are interested in trekking then you can choose Parashar lake Happy Travelling!
