I assume its a sort of 7 days plan. So you may visit Paris, the city of love and then Geneva(Switzerland). Try visiting Rome if you are fascinated by ancient architecture. Also, Austria is good.

Hi Rishabh, You can visit Paris, Italy and Switzerland in February, Paris is of course very romantic and is teeming with couples in love from all over the world during the Valentine's week. Santorini, Greece is also a good choice for a honeymoon. You can visit Vienna, Prague, Budapest and Croatia alternatively. For more information go through the following article:

What would be more preferable : Italy or Switzerland ? As the weather be too cold & wet as I can see from googling
Austria (for the landscapes), Amsterdam for its casual vibe and some adventures, Paris (because it's officially the city of love) are some options to explore. The one country which is perhaps underrated in Europe is Portugal especially if you are looking for myriad cultures across the cities & experiences varying from watching the sky in all colors by the Dom Luis bridge to drowning yourself in the party mood at Lisbon !
