During my travel to Thimphu I stayed in Pema Yoesling Villa a hillcliff Villa offering the best view of the Thimphu City & Buddha point. Best place to stay I guess it would cost a bit higher but its really worth it. Gaki the owner is so humble & happy to serve you. You must check this option for sure.
