Hey, as per my experience rainy is the best time to visit goa though u will not be able to enjoy water activities but weather will be awesome.

Mid-November to Mid-February: These are the best months to visit. The weather is pleasantly cool and comfortable. But these are the peak season, so it will be little crowded. In December Goa witnesses one of its most popular festivals, Sunburn. March to May: This is the season when the temperature rises, the weather turns hot and humid. Not many people visit Goa between the months of March and May. However, the prices of hotels and home stays become way too reasonable. June to October: June to October is the time when the rains hit Goa. July to September is a great time to visit. One of the reasons to visit Goa during monsoons is also due to the festival of Sao-Joao, that is held during late June. It’s an interesting event where men jump into wells that are overflowing to fetch bottles of the local alcohol called feni.

The best time to visit Goa is between November and March when the Goa weather is beautifully balmy & clear with a cool sea breeze blowing through. So the best weather is now :)

October- march But don't go during new year, prices are high, all places will be crowded.

December- January is ideal time to visit Goa. Rest of the year it will be too sunny
