Nikon 5300D is best for beginners in your range and also suitable for you to learn. After that you can buy new lens to upgrade yourself.

After that buy the new lens ...cost is high for lens for reasons .. lot of different things are there
I recommend, dont spend too much on camera.. Basically camera is good within 25k or 30k then first hands on that and try to perfectly handle this
You should not buy DSLR. now a days , in many cities people are giving DSLR on rents .
they sell it on per day basis and it is the cheapest way you can enjoy your trip without spending lot of money.

DSLR is best but if you love adventure activities they you have to buy Action cameras like Akaso or GoPro .. 😊

I would suggest you to go for Canon 200 d which comes around 40000 because its a one time investment and you can upgrade the lens to get good Images.
If you are traveler or adventure junkie i would suggest you to go for Go pro hero 7 black. because this will allow you create stunning wide angle pictures and crazy slow mo videos.

My suggestion would be to opt for canon brand as its user friendly compared to Nikon, you can try canon 1300d as it suits your budget.
