Suggest to visit the lower altitudes due to heavy rain and landslide. Himachal - Manali , Naggar, Shimla, kasauli, Mcleodganj, kasol, Chail, Tirthan.
Uttakhand - Rishikesh, Haridwar, Mussorie, Lansdowne, Dhanulati, Kanatal, Sattal. Most of the places would be crowded due to extended holiday.
