Hi Mansi, it will entirely depend on how long you are going to be there. You can do jaigarh, nahargarh followed by Amer fort in evening. These 3 are located close by and are in outskirts. If you have less time, then do only Amer. Second day, you could cover Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace followed by shopping at Bapu Bazar - these are again located in vicinity. Albert Hall Museum, Moti Doongri, Jawahar Circle could be also covered, if you have time.

All the previous answers have covered almost all the places one can visit in Jaipur. One thing I'll add, for City Palace, Jaipur, there is cost involved based on how much you wish to see. For just basic museum and courtyard entry, it's 300 rs. There is a Royal Grandeur tour and Royal Splendor tour which is priced at 1500 rs and 3000 rs respectively. Here a guide takes you inside selective private rooms of the palace. I went for the 1500 option and it was totally worth it. For stays, check agoda.com or booking.com. We booked HR Palace in Bank Park which had a good spacious option for family room for 4 of us friends. Stay was reasonably priced and room service was very good with a lot of food options at a nominal price.

Umaid Bhawan in Jaipur is a nice mid - range accommodation. It is a haveli converted into a heritage style hotel, at a distance of about 3 km from the Railway Station. The attractions to be in the old city are: City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Govinddevji temple, Hawa Mahal. You may enjoy a stroll through the bazaar area in the old city and have a look at the ornate city gates. On the other side of the city are the Albert Hall Museum and Laxminarayan temple. You may keep aside a day for the Amber Fort. You may refer to a detailed account of my solo trip to Jaipur in my posts.
