It's a little slow with that. wait for some time, you'll get it eventually and once your frnd posts some story you'll get 20 credits for that as well.

Please wait for 24-48 Hours. I don't know about referring but i published two trips for which i got 70 and 20+ and both are credited after 48 hours only.
