You have 2nd hometown in Udaipur so you can visit any time , try to go Pushkar and Vrindavan for Best Holi Celebration.

If Udaipur is your second hometown then you can go for Mathura or Pushkar.. personally I wud recommend going to Mathura. as it is a lifetime experience to experience holi there. please do all the bookings beforehand that will make your stay much comfortable
