Old manali will be a better option for you. The feeling there is awesome, something you don't want to miss.

You can go to chitkul and kalpa which is in kinnaur distt in himachal and also you can go to hatu peak in shimla as well.

Hi Amanda You should go to Barot Valley and Parashar lake. All other places will be crowded in Himachal. You can go to Chitkul as well.

Old Manali, kalpa, dharamsala, mcleodganj are the few places which are less crowded and offers peace to the tourists.
