Hi , Kindly refer my blog on Tripoto solo traveller and Mini Goa on Pondicherry. Also you can easily go inside mandir. Check in the entrance if you have to stay for long.

You can personally go and get a time slot, a day prior. They will give you a time slot and you can visit there the next day.
