You have been to Udaipur twice so my suggestion would be to travel Bahubali hill(Badi Lake) which is like the most visited place now. You can also enjoy visit to Kailashpuri which ks nearby. Apart from that, you can also visit Karni Mata Ka Mandir which is on a hill. In terms of food, Santosh Daal Baati, Lok-Kalamandal Vada pav, Pyaaz ki kochori of JMB should be on your checklist. Enjoy....!!!

For Travelling Roam around Kumbalgarh Fort, If interested Ranakpur Temple, and if would like to go around udaipur try Jaisamand Lake, it has a beautiful island resort too if you wanna spend a night there. Eat Kachori's at JMB, also try kesar rabdi there.
