Hi Ajay, Best time to visit Tosh is from March to June though Tosh is amazing all year round. Several stay options are available in Tosh. Mayashivshakti and Yamuna guesthouse have a great view. Reach Barshiani by cab. Walk 3 kms up to Tosh. Go to Pink Floyd or Hill Top or Shiva Mountain. They have the best views. If you want, you can trek to Kheerganga.
There is another glacier trek from Tosh that not a lot of people know about. Ask locals in Tosh and they will guide you.
