I've been to Cabo de Rama beach, Cola beach, Palolem beach and Butterfly beach. Cola beach has backwaters where you can play and also do kayaking. Playing on the beach isn't allowed. No signals in the area as well. Palolem beach is the most common beach where you'll find more people and shacks. it is allowed to play on the beach. Cabo de Rama beach, this is a beach connected to the fort. There's no possible way to get into the beach. But you can enjoy it from the cliff and also there is a secret sea cave. Butterfly beach is also beautiful and less crowded. People are allowed to walk on the beach.
