Hey Rishi, For two days itinerary i would suggest you to see these places :- Day 1:- Go for a beautiful sunrise in Serenity beach which is around 15 Kms from the main city of Pondicherry....Then you can visit matrimandir in Auroville village... After this you can come back to Pondicherry and visit the arulmigu temple and also Aurobindo ashram Situated very near to the temple ... By this time it would be evening and you can walk on the beautiful roads of promenade beach which is exclusively for walking for pedestrians every evening after 6pm .... Day 2:- This day you can again start with a sunrise from promenade beach only .... After this you can fetch a ferry ticket to paradise beach and spend time there till 12 or 1 depending on how much beach person you are ... Then you can coem back to Pondicherry and visit the french colony clicking the lovely pictures of French sliced colonial houses ... you also have white colony nearby to visit... And coming to your question for the bike rental, the hotel guy where you stay can help you with the bike ... Or else you can get in the road leading to promenade beach....
