Click Add (+ icon) in a new page, select 2nd option video and past your youtube link, it will automatically show video.

You need to click on + icon then there is video option , so you can add video from there.

You can simply click on the plus icon. click it and you will have various options to add photos, video from Instagram or YouTube or even Facebook.
