Well the febuary first week will be quite cold , i suggest you to visit Kanha National Park , there is a good sight seeing as well as you can take jungle safari tiger spotting. Good Accomodation , Peace place . No external Disturbance

1. Go for full trip to Kashmir
2. Go to Kolkata
Darjeeling is nearest hill station. Digha is 128 km away
3. Tawang
4. Meghalaya
5. Bhutan
6. Sikkim

It depends on how you want to spend those 4 days. If you are looking for a very relaxing time with your spouse then Goa or Gokarna or Kovallam would be ideal.
Else other good options would be North East, specially Sikkim/Gangtok or Twang valley in Arunachal Pradesh.
Rajasthan is also a good option given the considerably favourable day time weather during Feb.
