Well the febuary first week will be quite cold , i suggest you to visit Kanha National Park , there is a good sight seeing as well as you can take jungle safari tiger spotting. Good Accomodation , Peace place . No external Disturbance

It depends on how you want to spend those 4 days. If you are looking for a very relaxing time with your spouse then Goa or Gokarna or Kovallam would be ideal. Else other good options would be North East, specially Sikkim/Gangtok or Twang valley in Arunachal Pradesh. Rajasthan is also a good option given the considerably favourable day time weather during Feb.
