Hi Ekta, you have the usual Manali and Shimla at your disposal, you will get plenty of snow there without any blockage of roads. If you want to explore some other places than these then you can head to Tirthan valley, Kalpa or Dalhousie.

Hello. You can read about Kulu Manali in my blog. https://www.tripoto.com/trip/kulu-manali-call-of-the-mountains-5b52c59e3f8e4 Regarding snow, solang valley is a good bet. Rohtang pass will be closed due to heavy snowfall and opens only after May i guess. You can contact Rakesh sharma on 09318923000 who is the local guide in Manali. A very warm guy and a perfect gentleman. Hope this helps.
