Depends on the budget and time you have. in 4-5 days you can travel Goa, Khajuraho, panchmarhi, Rajasthan -7-8 days, in 9-10 days North East, Andaman, Kashmir and many more.

You can surely travel to Goa if your budget is tight. Though it's the season of tourists now in Goa, you can read my blog about Goa in the monsoons which is an off season for tourists.
