If u r intrested in treking and injoye with your friends outside of croud so you can try to go chuddhar trek it is low budget travel . If any more information 8687828434 whtsp me .

Go sikkim it's best for group travel. Going to North Sikkim like Lachen and Lachung would also not require much expense for cab booking.

Hi Ankita, A budget of ₹15,000 is decent enough to enjoy your time with your friends outside Odisha. However since you haven't mentioned any areas of interest that you and your friends want to explore, I suggest you to look north of India to Himachal Pradesh or Uttarkhand or Sikkim or Shillong. While Sikkim and Darjeeling are nearby mountain destination from Odisha. The reason I'm suggesting only mountain is cause there are ample of sea beaches in Odisha and the only hill range is that of Phulbani range.
