That's natural die to low oxygen at high altitude. but don't worry as most of tourism service provider keep oxygen along with them. If you are planning your own then get handy oxygen available in market.

If you traveling with aged person or any patient who have asthma or phobia you need oxygen along with you.if you still fill to be safe than take small oxygen bottle as a size of deodorant along with you which will cost something around 500
