Hi I would suggest that you plan on your own, that will be cheaper and you will have more flexibility
1 book your air tickets
2 apply for evisa
3 book hotel on booking.com
4. book sightseeing trip when you are there in Singapore. You can negotiate better.
If still you think you want a package trip you can book on Tripoto or any other travel site
