Hello Anil, Lightroom mobile is good for mobile phones. and to some extent it is good but if some one is doing manipulation dn it is not a photography it is an digital art, or manipulated art. It is totally fine with me if people wants to manipulate their photos, that's their choice and it is totally fine as they are giving it a name 'Art' not 'Photography'.
Dodging/Burning, cropping, color correction, vignetting, color change they all we used to do when we used to shoot in films and they are acceptable as well. so if someone is doing it in limits dn its fine Best wishes :)

To be honest, I don’t like photos that have a lot of filters applied because they become monotonous. Although maybe I don’t understand something, because I specialize more in video editing.
