*goa is a great place to explore if you love beaches , forests, parties, chilling,food and relaxation. it's just a perfect place for a part animal .and the vintage vibe it gives is just unimaginable.
*if you are some party types ,north goa is preferable to you and if you are visiting goa for relaxation or isolation from busy schedule, south goa will be on your list . *since you want to enjoy 3 day trip to goa at just 4000-5000 ,it will require a low budget hotel ,or most preferably if you are solo , book your place in zostel or any such travellers hostel,at a very minimal cost .

Go by train. visit north goa baga beach Calangute beach chapora fort. food is very cheap. stay near baga beach

Hey Gaurav, THINGS TO DO IN GOA : 1)North Goa Beaches: Anjuna, Baga, Calangute, 2)South Goa Beaches: Colva, Butterfly, Palolem, Agonda, Netravali Lake 3)Fort Aguada ( Movie 'Dil Chahta Hai' was shooted here ) 4)Dudhsagar waterfalls ( 2.5 hours, 60km from Goa) 5)Activities: Scuba, Parasailing, Mandovi River cruise ( Casino and party), A boat ride for Dolphin watching 6)We enjoyed all nights in Goa by drinking and sitting on the beach and returning to a hotel room in morning 4-5AM. Then the next day started wandering again from 1 PM and at last in the evening back to the beach. Happy travelling!!!!

Hey gaurav 5k is sufficient for Goa trip for 3 day's get hotel's with budget near calangute Beach it's an center place of Goa so u can travel with well planned schedule with in 3 day's shivam resort is one of my known hotel I had stay here for 4days during my Goa trip vehicles on rent service are available here so it's really easy to take a tour in Goa with budget of 5k per person

If you are traveling with group then hire a car from Myles it's a bit cheaper. If you are traveling alone then go for train journey its approx 600 one way. For hotels you can stay in homestays near baga beach.
