Hey travellers, I'm planning a trip to northeast. I never have been there. Can anybody help me with an itinerary for 6-7 days, in a cost effective way.

For 6-7 days u can cover either Meghalaya or AP with little parts of Assam.

In sikkim, gangtok is a must visit. And you can go to darjiling, silliguri and there are some beautiful places in manipur too.

Reach Bagdogra by Flight. Take cab for Kalimpong. stay 1 day.next day Darjeeling. next say Sikkim...Nathula.... border. Next day...Meghalaya.... transparent water lake...enjoy rain... spend time well👍

Hi Gaurav My advice to you is to travel one state at a time and travel slow, so that you can enjoy every bit of it. You may visit Meghalaya this time. If you really want to make most of it, hire a two wheeler from Guwahati or Shillong, and travel through Meghalaya. You might want to check out these places. 1. Shillong 2.Jowai/ Thadlaskein 3. Krangsuri 4.Dawki 5. Shnongpdeng 6. Cherrapunji 7. Mawlynnomg Good luck 👍
