Please make sure weather the roads are open before you travel. Last year Leh roads were closed on the first week of the November itself.

Kashmir is open for tourism, infact they need tourists to visit as it is what from which they earn there living. beautiful place.
as for restrictions, we need to be a responsible traveller wherever we travel as of now.
