I'll give you some options to visit during monsoon. If you enjoy the raining then you should visit the kerala. It is the beautiful state in the India & you can take the bliss of monsoon. Another choice is Mahabaleshwar & Panchgani Hill Station. You can enjoy the greenery & natural wonder at this hill station. Next is Meghalaya, it is one on the wettest place of the earth & you can really enjoy the raining & all the atmosphere.
