With night curfew around you can't travel in the night. You have to carry fully vaccinated certificate or negative RTPCR report. Kindly check the travel rules and restrictions once more before travel for they are bound to change. Happy safe journey.

I was there last week. There is curfew after 8PM. Apart from that i didn't found any such restriction.

Karnataka state announced weekend curfew but few of the shacks allows outside people and few allows take away only if you are near to gokarna main beach than you can hope at il mio ristorante for food and drinks but it's hard to roam on beach during day time
