Hi, booked my flight from India to Bali with a layover of 3 hours 55 mins in Kuala Lumpur and upon return a layover of 6hours 45 mins in Kualalumpur.The flight combination is Air Asia + Aur Asia X. will i b needing Malaysian visa for layovers?

You should not need Visa at all if not planning to go outside the airport. However, I think best idea would be to contact Air Asia customer care as they can confirm this.

You won't need any visa for staying in KLIA. But if you want to go outside then you need a transit visa. but for 6 hrs layover, it's better not to take that

Hey Nishtha,.. You will only require a transit visa in Kuala Lumpur if you are getting out of of airport ... As you have very less time it's better to bring airport and Roam around ... If at all you need to go out of the airport, you can get teh transit visa in Kuala Lumpur international airport.... Hope this answer helps you ! Happy Travelling!!!

You will only require a transit visa in Kuala Lumpur if you are getting out of of airport . But since it's less time, i recommend you to stay at airport only

If you decide to stay inside the Kuala Lumpur airport, you will not require any kind of Visa but if you do decide to step out - then you will have to get a transit visa.
