Hey Sweccha,
Yes you can carry ... as the procedure is all same as a checking in airport ... best is to cover the bottle with a thick cloth completely and then Kee it in between clothes so that it won't break ... apart from that customs don't matter in the ferry ... don't take it in hand luggage as I didn't see anyone doing that during my travel in makruzz ...
