That's a great combo and I'm doing the same trip in May! If you can push your travel dates a little further, the weather would be ideal for travel. My itinerary involves Istanbul, Capadoccia, Athens, Meteora and Santorini for 13 days and I planned everything thing on my own. If you need detailed itinerary and costs for everything, feel free to ping me.

Hi you can do one week each in Turkey and Greece . Start your trip with Turkey . Cover Istanbul , Cappadocia and Pamukkale in Turkey in a week. For travelling from one city to another either you can take flights or take night buses Then from Istanbul take a direct flight to Athens .2 night Athens , 2 night Mykonos and 3 night Santorini. From travelling from one island to another you can opt for ferries.
