    Hey Aditi, if you want to get those stunning views of snow-clad Kinner Kailash range then visit Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh during winters (January-February). Also, you can plan your trip during Spring (March-April) and Autumn (October-November) for a pleasant weather.
