Hi, Although the weather is clear now but the rivers are still flowing at the danger levels and there is a high probability of landslides and shooting stones on the highway.

Hey Shakti, Though the weather conditions are stable now as compared to past week days, the road conditions are still poor towards Manali from Kullu. I will suggest you not to visit Manali for now. You can anyway visit Kasol, Tosh and Malana towards Parvati Valley. It is still accessible and road conditions are fine. Other places where you can visit this weekend or upcoming week are Bir, Dharamsala, Palampur, Kasauli, Landour, Kanatal, Bundi, Orchha, Chanderi, Jaisalmer. Happy travelling!

Right now its not advisable to visit manali ,But weather is improving, try for mid October visit
