My suggestion would be Goa. you can cover the whole state within you budget and you can visit the Dudhsagar Waterfalls as well. Home stay in a 1bhk flat costs around 4-5k where 5-7 people can stay together.

I would suggest you to visit Gokarna. It's in karnataka. Hotel cost : around 2.5 k max for two nights in a resort. You can get cheaper hotels. It's place for beach lovers. White sand, clean beaches, very less crowd.

Thanks for your response. But flights itself will eat up my entire budget if I go there. Could you please suggest something else?
Hi Saurabh, You can visit Jaipur-Jodhpur-Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, Gokarna in Karnataka, Munnar in Kerala, Parvati Valley, Kinnaur, Spiti in Himachal Pradesh. These places are good to visit in the autumn season, when the monsoons have subsided.
