As you mentioned Ladakh road trip, it becomes very tight. If the definition of the week is covering both weekends then yes in 9 days it is possible else it takes three days to reach leh from manali and three to come back. One day of rest makes it seven. Check this Delhi - manali Manali - jispa Jispa - leh Leh rest and permits Leh - nubra Nubra - pangong Pangong to sarchu, leave early Sarchu to manali Manali to delhi
