*Update*: There was a bug in the system and the actual amount to be paid for the 3N4D Bali trip was 27500. I didn't wanna go ahead with that so they refunded my credits. I got my credits back.

No you cant get back the redeemed credits once its successful redeemed. Its your wish now whether you want to use or not. I have also redeemed one coupon by mistake and mailed to tripoto team but did not get back. 😕

You can try transferring it to someone for some cash maybe if the discount is good.
