I guess some roads would be blocked, especially Sela Pass region. It all depends on how the weather turns out to be like.
That really helps. Thank you so much for taking the pain in helping me out. If you are okay, then do you have any idea about the transportation system during the said time? I know Tawang will be severely cold around December and that is what caught my attention 🙂
