1000 bucks is to much u can stay much cheaper ..am alao be in goa on 15 of January i booked my hotels for 6 people tat will be 100-150$ so u can book more cheaper for singel person.. plz let me know if u need any help i can help u

Hye Jack, For budget stay you may search for the hostels or zostels in Goa. And if you are thinking to travel Goa on bike or scooty ( Rs800-1000 per day on rent) which would be a better option. Then there is no need to book costly hotels near Calangute beach. You can book cheap hotels atleast 5-10 Km far from crowded area. Hope this would help you.

UpvoteCommentHey girl, that's been already sold out. yeah, I do agree prices will be hefty and sky rocketing during this time of the year. Though I'm a regular visitor to North Goa, I made up my mind to go South Goa for the first time and thank God I found a guest house with regular price.
Hey Jack, There's a hotel near Baga beach known as Babu's place. Its very close to the bech.It costs around 1500 bucks. I know it's a bit out of your budget but i can assure you this that it will be worth your money. I have mentioned all about it in my goa vlog. Please check my blog for more details regarding Goa
