Hi guys a quick question I’m planning a trip to Himachal for New Years and have two options Bir-Mcleod ganj or Tirthan valley. Is it snowing in any of the places and which would be less crowded

Go for Bir McLeod Ganj. If not in Bir, there'll absolutely be snowfall in Billing. Bir village is beautiful, and you can also do paragliding there. in McLeod Ganj, you can go to Triund trekking.
