MAHABALESHWAR, LONAVALA, LAVASA.. ALL UNDER 10K per person if you book train, Oyo rooms and cars to stay and travel. also food, shopping all included. I went in 2019 and it cost me 8k per person. and we r 2 friends.

Go to Maharashtra. Lonavala / Khandala Mathern Tons of fort with mesmerizing view during mansoon. Mahabaleshwar / Panchagani Pune is full of Forts ( easy to moderate trek) Happy travel!
