Safe? Not really safe unless you park your bike where there's no snow cz there are chances to slip. on top of that the snow will be more than 3-4 ft. we went last year and just in one day it snowed a lot it was 1st week of Dec and we were asked to go back asap due to heavy snowfall. you have to be fully equipped and have a perfect plan to survive in so much of snow.

Hello Rohit, I suggest you to travel by public transport as there will be more chances for snowfall in the end of the month so roads will become slippery and risky and also journey for chopta is so long.

Chopta can get quite cold and even snowfall is possible, so make sure to be well-prepared with warm clothing and check the road conditions before heading out.
