It depends on whether there are any available at the time you wish to redeem. And if it is, it'll show you an option. If it's glitching you can contact support, they are quite responsive.

Hey, No, there is no option to use credit points for booking a hotel till now on Tripoto. You can only redeem the credit points for the available free trips. Hope this helps.
