UpvoteCommentEngland, and that doesn't only mean London, it means London, Oxford, Cambridge Edinburgh, Glasgow, and everything in and around. Why: The whole country has so much character to it. From the architecture, to history, to culture, to shopping, to year-end sales, everything is top-notch. plus it's an English speaking country, so interaction with locals is much easier.
