I guess not. I too tried looking for such an option but couldn't find it. However I would suggest shooting a mail to info@tripoto.com in case of any issues regarding any user/profile.

I think no but you can report on some comments or blogs.contact customer support for this email them on info@tripoto.com

Yes, i found the answer for you.. You need to send that person a message and then.. You'll get the option on that chat to block them..
