Hey Sushant, The weather in Spiti Valley would be bad, as manali and shimla are seeing the wrath of rain and landslides. As per weather forecast, its getting better in 4 or 5 days. But, to get a perfect picture of what's happening there. I would suggest you to call local people there if you know one or the best way would be to call the hotel guys or home stay guys. These are the monsoon months when monsoon is in full swing in Kinnaur and it is better to avoid this time as the area is prone to landslides.
